How to file a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim please fill out this form and select "Damage/Warranty Claim" under "How can we help?"

The steps for the process are as follows

1. This will open a new ticket with our support team.
2. From there they will send the Warranty Claim form.
3. Once the claim is entered we will review it in 48-72 hours
4. If the claim is accepted we will follow up with the tracking information for the replacement
5. When the replacement arrives there will be a return label to return the damaged product

We properly dispose of all damaged products through a partnership with an R2 certified recycling company. All parts of ICEMULEs are 100% recyclable and this allows us to make sure they are properly disposed of and do not end up in any landfills.
