If the tracking information for your package says it was delivered but you have not received the package please submit a support request or email or support team at customercare@icemulecooler.com. We do see this happen, most times the package has been delivered to a neighbor or it is delivered the next day. Please five the tracking 24-48 hours. We will do our best to locate the package or have a new one sent out to you.
