My order shows 'Delivered' but I didn't receive my package.
Isn't that the worst? NO ICEMULE. NOT COOL.
Once we hand over the package, we also hand over all control of it. However, we want to help. We have a few steps below, then shoot a message to customercare@icemulecooler.com confirming you completed the below. We'll do our best.
Please note: More often times than not, this is human error and the package is found within the business day by following the action items.
- Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout is correct.
- Confirm the tracking on this page says delivered: USPS or UPS
- Confirm with the last location on the tracking that they don't indeed have it
